Vida obtained BTEC level 5 qualification from the London School of Sports Massage 14 years ago and has worked at a wide variety of venues and events.  She can also offer lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and kinesiology taping.

She is a registered practitioner holding a BTEC diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage.  She holds the ITEC qualification for Holistic Massage, and further Gateway training specifically for pregnancy massage.

She belongs to the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage, a professional body requiring a formal code of practice and a very high level of training. To be a member of the ISRM they must obtain the BTEC level 5 which is the highest in the UK; and a also actively participate in continued professional development (CPDs) to keep learning and keep up with any new innovations and remain fully insured at all times.
